Customer promise relies on competitive prices and transparency as well as superior customer experience and value-added services.

Montefiore Investment designed a minority growth capital transaction alongside founders, management, and Vente Privée to finance the company’s accelerated growth.

The objective of our investment is to transform MisterFly in the leader of the French online travel market, on both flights and ancillary offers, while rapidly growing the international footprint of the company.
